Signal Transformer, a division of Bel Fuse Corporation, announces the release of an all-new innovative line of highly efficient safety isolation transformers. The EcoTran series may be utilized in equipment or appliances requiring mains isolation. The advanced modular design features both built-in DIN rail and Chassis mounting for easy installation. The terminations are touch safe and the transformer is encased in a non-metallic housing. The EcoTran can be used in virtually any industry in a wide range of applications providing mains isolation. The EcoTran transformers prevent electric shock, suppress electrical noise and sensitive circuits, and transfer isolated power to multiple output circuits. The EcoTran's split bobbin design provides superior isolation. The series offers power ranges up to 450 watts and six standard models available from stock. Custom variations are available for applications not supported by the standard product offering.
