Signal Transformer is expanding our high current shielded SMD inductors with the release of the first of five flat wire inductors under the F2DX series. The flat wire construction maximizes the inductor's current-carrying capability, reduces AC losses, and improves thermal efficiency, enabling better performance under high load conditions. The F2D2 is the second in five series, with height profiles of 12.0 to 17.8mm, footprints ranging from 21.8 mm x 18 mm to 17.9mm x 27.9mm and a wide range of inductances/currents.
