What Information We Collect; the Purpose of Collection and Use

Contact Information: We collect contact information on our website from visitors, customers, and distributors, as applicable, who wish to obtain information or support, purchase or register our Products, or access specific account information. This contact information is used by our sales, support, and product teams to contact our website visitors, customers, distributors, and agents, as appropriate, so that we can provide the requested information, support, or products. We may also ask you to voluntarily provide us with information for market research, such as your interests, demographics, and experience with our products.

We collect contact information on our website from shipping, transport, freight forwarding, and other logistics companies, distributors and channel partners, and "ship to" information for the products. This contact information is used by our shipping and transportation teams to fulfill product orders and schedule deliveries.

Billing Information: We collect billing and payment information which may include a purchase order number, an account number, or instructions for wire transfer and/or ACH transfers, credit card number, expiration date, billing zip code, activation code and/or similar information. When payment is made by credit card, we use third-party credit card processors. The billing and payment information is used to prepare and send invoices, make and receive payments, establish and manage accounts.

Resume Information: We may collect information including your name, address email address and phone number when you use our website to apply for a position at Bel Fuse or to join our talent network in order to be informed when job opportunities become available. This information may be stored on a cloud server provided by Career Builder so that we may contact you as requested.

Third-Party Analytics Providers: We use automatic data collection technology provided by Google Analytics, SpyFu, and FoxyCart when you visit our Website or purchase products online to evaluate your use of the Website, compile reports on activity (based on their collection of IP address, Internet service provider, browser type, operating system and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Website you visit, number of links you click while on the Website, search terms, and other data), and analyze performance metrics. Such providers may use tracking technologies, such as, but not limited to, cookies to help collect, analyze and provide us reports and/or data. For Google Analytics:

We may use MS products to create a unique session ID for you (that expires at the end of your session), which captures the language, currency and culture associated with your session, and/or a unique user ID that is associated with your user login name.

Customer CRM Data: We also use Contact Information to help our customer service department track customer (or potential customer) requests for quotes, sales orders, pricing, and shipping through our Salesforce customer relationship management tool. Any personal data provided to/or collected by Salesforce will be used to provide our products and services in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Salesforce is contained within its cloud server stack in North America. You may request Bel Fuse to manually remove your account information from Salesforce. Cookies: Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer's hard drive for the functioning of the Website and as described under "Third-Party Analytics Providers" above. How We Share Your Information

Onward Transfer to Third Parties: Like many businesses, we hire other companies to perform certain business-related services. We may disclose personal information to certain types of third-party companies but only to the extent needed to enable them to provide such services.
