Signal Transformer is expanding our high current shielded SMD inductors with the release of the first of five flat wire inductors under the F2DX series. The flat wire construction maximizes the inductor's current-carrying capability, reduces AC losses, and improves thermal efficiency, enabling better performance under high load conditions. The F2D4 is the fourth in the five series, with height profiles of 5.3 and 6.6mm, footprints of 10.2mm x 9.0 mm and 12.8mm x 9.8mm and a wide range of inductances/currents.
