Cinch's C-ENX product line is designed as the next generation aerospace connector. The C-ENX, EN4644 modular connectors are ideal for applications with limited space and weight restrictions. Cinch manufactures harnesses equipped with C-ENX for avionics, radar, power and flight management applications. The C-ENX connectors are constructed of shells, inserts, contacts and backshells. The first step is selecting the shell. and all C-ENX shells are nickel plated and are available in two materials, aluminum and composite. The shells are available for size A & B inserts and are available in 1, 2, 3 & 4 cavities. Additional cavity sizes and integrated grounding options are available. Shell styles are available in plug and receptacle genders and have multiple mounting, locking and polarization options. If your application connects a panel mounted shell to a wire harness then its identified as a disconnect application, otherwise, two panel mounted connectors are considered a rack and panel application.
